“Apparently” Waterstone’s bookshop was the only shop in Clapham Junction left untouched by the looters.

What a lot that tells us about the looters.

Except, of course, it isn’t true.

Mark Stone’s Sky News report from the scene depicts the looting of Currys but adds (at 1:41)

“a lot of the [other shops] don’t appear to have been touched. Waterstone’s, others, not touched.”
